No contract will subsist between you and Horizon Galleries for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Horizon Galleries accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Horizon Galleries sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

All prices advise postage and packaging charges to UK mainland addresses only.

Deliveries

All deliveries are to UK mainland addresses only. Unless otherwise notified, deliveries will be within 30 days of order.

Returns

Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days when purchasing using a credit card from a web-site, starting from the day after they receive the goods. Goods should be returned to the above address in their original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We will not rufund delivery costs other than there being an error on our part or unless the product is defective.
